HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time from you order is 2-3 weeks. In your account you can check the status of your order at any time.

THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BUT HAS NOT ARRIVED. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

If the shipping status is "Shipped" for more than three days, please contact us. (Contact form linked) We will be happy to clarify where your package is.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CONDITIONS?

Shipping is free worldwide at NIJO and already covers all customs & import costs.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?

We supply worldwide except to China.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY?
The service of our logistics partner Dragon Courier already covers all customs & import costs. However, it may happen that you are mistakenly charged an additional invoice, for example for import fees. In this case, we advise you to contact the billing authority and clarify the situation. If you get stuck, you can contact us via our contact form.

Payment and ordering

CAN I ALSO ORDER AS A GUEST?

Of course you can also order as a guest. However, we recommend that you create an account. This way you can save your measurements and do not have to be measured again the next time you place an order.

DO I HAVE TO MEASURE MYSELF FOR EVERY ORDER?

No, you don't have to. Just create an account and save your measurements in your profile. You can also create multiple profiles in your user account and order conveniently for friends and family.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have an account, you can view the status of your order anytime in your account. You have ordered as a guest? Then we will inform you by e-mail as soon as we have handed over your order to our logistics partner.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Go to your account and open the order in question.
If the status is "ordered", you can still add items to your order and change the measurements in your profile. If the status is "in production", you can no longer adjust your order and your measurements.
CAN I ORDER FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON WITH DIFFERENT MEASUREMENTS?
Yes, you can create multiple profiles with one single login. Save your summer body and winter body profile or order with your account also conveniently for friends and acquaintances.

HOW LONG DOES THE MEASUREMENT TAKE?
The more precise your measurements, the better your suit will fit. So take your time and be sure to get support by a second person.
It is recommended to take each measurement more than once. Feel free to use our Measuring Guide.
 
Would you rather like to be professionally measured? Many tailors offer this service for a small fee. Bring this template (PDF Doc) with you to the tailor's shop or take the measurements on site easily on your smartphone.

WHERE IS MY SUIT PRODUCED?
We produce on measure - so only after your order is received.
Therefore, it is extremely important that you get help with measuring and that you take enough time. Do not measure yourself, but have a second person (professional tailor or friend) measure you. Using our Measuring Guide (linked), measuring should take no more than 20 minutes. We also advise you to take each body measurement 2-3 times.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY SUIT DOESN'T FIT?
Your suit/shirt does not fit as expected?
The best thing to do is to visit a local tailor with your new product. Usually, final small changes to your suit or shirt cost very little money. Find out here (linked) how we contribute to the cost of alterations as part of the fit guarantee (or the linked).
WITH WHAT MEASUREMENTS DO YOU WORK?
The 15 measurements we need from you are body measurements. With the body measurements and your height, weight, stature and desired fit and style, we calculate the measurements of your ordered suit or shirt.
The measurements of the garment are always larger than your body measurements.
 
This is because garments need something called EASE. Ease is the space between your body and a garment. If the garment had the same mass as your body mass, you would not be able to sit, bend, twist or otherwise move.
